Identity verification

To protect against fraudulent deletion requests, Junra may need to verify that a request comes from the person associated with the conversation before acting on it. We may ask for additional information solely for this purpose.

What happens after a request

Where appropriate, Junra will delete or de-identify the information it controls about the relevant conversation. In some cases, Junra may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or to document that a deletion request was made and handled.

Third-party platform records

Junra does not control records held directly by Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other platforms you use to send messages. You may need to separately request deletion of your information from those platforms through their own tools or support channels.

Response time

We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. Because our process is still developing, we are not able to commit to a specific number of days at this time.

For more on how Junra processes information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
