Terms of Service

Effective date / Last updated: August 22, 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AI-powered business communications and receptionist services provided by Junra Inc. ("Junra," "we," "us," or "our"). By messaging a business that uses Junra, or by otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service or discontinue the conversation.

2. Description of services

Junra provides businesses with an AI-powered communications and receptionist system that can answer approved questions, collect inquiry details, assist with appointment requests, and escalate conversations to a human team member. Junra operates on behalf of the business a customer is messaging; Junra is not itself the business providing the underlying product or service being discussed.

3. AI disclosure and limitations

Responses may be generated in whole or in part by automated systems, including third-party AI models. Automated responses are intended to be helpful and accurate but are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or error-free. Automated systems may misunderstand a message or provide an incomplete answer.

4. Verify important information

Customers should independently verify any information that is important to their decision-making, particularly information about pricing, availability, scheduling, or policies of the business Junra is communicating on behalf of. Where a response is unclear or appears incorrect, ask to be connected with a person.

5. Appointment requests

Any appointment, booking, or scheduling request submitted through Junra is a request only and is not confirmed until the system, or a representative of the business, expressly confirms it. Do not treat an unconfirmed request as a guaranteed appointment.

6. Human escalation

Junra's system is designed to escalate conversations to a human team member of the relevant business where appropriate, including when a request falls outside approved topics or when a customer asks to speak with a person.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Junra's services to:

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through Junra-powered channels.

8. Third-party platforms and availability

Junra's services rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure providers, including Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp), Google, and other hosting and processing providers. Availability, performance, and functionality of Junra's services may be affected by the availability, policies, or changes made by these third parties, which are outside our control. Junra is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Service interruptions and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, including for maintenance, security, or business reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Intellectual property

The Junra name, branding, and the software and systems underlying our services are the property of Junra Inc. or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Junra's trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the service as intended.

11. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process information in connection with these services and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Warranty disclaimers

Junra's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Junra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any automated response will be accurate or complete.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Junra and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.
